Tegra National Registry

This extension provides functionality to connect to the Icelandic National Registry for retrieving information based on registration numbers. It is designed to be used with customer, vendor, and employee records to automatically fetch and populate personal details such as name, address, date of birth and more.

Usage

  • First Setup a connection to the Icelandic National Registry through one of our partners.
  • Ensure that the registration number is correctly formatted before making a request.
  • Fill in No. field for customers, vendors, or employees with the Icelandic registration number and it will automatically fetch the personal information.
  • You can also manually update the information by clicking the Update button.

Autofill Personal Information

When fetching from the Icelandic National Registry, the following fields are automatically filled in:

  • Name
  • Name 2
  • Address
  • Post Code
  • Country/Region Code
  • City
  • VAT Registration No.
  • ISAT No.
  • ISAT Name

Also fills in the No. field with the Icelandic registration number unless the Alternative No. as primary key is selected in Setup.

Note

  • This module requires Connection setup with the Icelandic National Registry through one of our partners.
  • Otherwise we also offer manual entry of personal information without using a web service provider by selecting None in Setup.
